Hi Janelle.
I found your page very informative. I’ve been having jeera, fennel and coriander tea and I feel so much lighter. It has reduced flatulence and in the night, I add a pinch of nutmeg powder that gives me good sleep.
Nutmeg is good for many things specially reproductive health in women and for brain health too.
Thank you Mom. Glad the digestive teas are making a difference. As I have said before, you inspire us with your consistency in practice, which is the only way we would come to see good results. We continue to strive to achieve this consistency. We will get there!
